BACK GROUND
HBL was founded in 1996 by Eng. A. G. Lubowa who was a graduate of Stuttgart Technical
University and a fellow of the institute of professional engineers of Uganda. He was involved and over saw various projects both in Uganda and Germany.
Initially it was established to cater for residential house construction but over the years upon
accumulation of experience it has span into general construction with special interest in school buildings construction.
The company serves two major purposes to its clients.
To ensure total value for money for our clients by giving them cost effective and quality
civil engineering works.
To save our clientele from risks and unnecessary costs associated with preparing and
execution of construction projects.
