Joe has been a Certified Home Inspector since 2010 and brings years of experience in home renovations, customer service and property and mechanical maintenance to each and every inspection he performs. Joe’s primary objective is to assess the quality and overall condition of the building and to provide our clients with recommendations and knowledge when it comes to preventative maintenance. Joe will examine and assess virtually all areas of the building, including: the exterior, structure, roofing, windows, doors, overall interior, heating and cooling equipment, plumbing fixtures and electrical systems to identify deficiencies and provide guidance to maintain a healthy and safe structure. Joe’s goal is to not only provide information but also to educate the client.
