For those seniors and their caregivers that prefer to have their loved ones live independently at home as they age, our Aging In Place service will conduct a 240 - point home safety assessment to identify potential hazards to create a safer home. This includes checking for loose rugs, uneven flooring, inadequate lighting, clutter, exterior porch and deck issues, loose steps, tripping and slipping hazards and much more. We are a service that performs visual inspections of a home or business, looking for obvious issues while the owner is away for extended periods of time. Our Home Watch service will make the homeowner aware of any issues on a prompt basis and follow their instructions regarding a resolution.

Home Watch Management, LLC is owned and operated by Randy Blosio and Paul Vodola. Randy is a senior business executive and certified Senior Home Safety Specialist and Personal Lines Property and Casualty Inspector. Paul is a Lieutenant with the Greenwich Fire Department and a contractor. In their respective roles, both have developed a sense for attention to detail and problem-solving. Living in the service area their entire lives, both have owned and renovated multiple homes of their own and have cared for homes for seniors and absentee owners.
