Homeland is a new uranium company, focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of US uranium projects. Our Coyote Basin project in northwest Colorado has historically defined uranium resources dating back to the 1970's when Western Mining Resources was the project operator.
The Company will be focused on updating the historical resource to current NI 43-101 standards and growing the Company's total uranium resource base.
Homeland is evolving from its original form, as Valleyview Resources Inc. through its key transaction with Shift Rare Metals (a private company) through which the Company will be acquiring 100% ownership of the Coyote Basin and Red Wash uranium projects.
