The Hong Kong Collaborative Practice Group (“HKCPG”) was founded in 2010 by a community of pioneering family law practitioners, who were keen to promote Collaborative Practice in Hong Kong. HKCPG is established to promote collaborative practice as an alternative means of dispute resolution in family law proceedings, with the hope of transforming the way families resolve conflict by building a community of Collaborative Practice in Hong Kong. Its membership has grown considerably, with practitioners from the key fields of lawyers, financial advisors, child psychologists, and counsellors.
