accessible chinese food. At Hong Shing, we are committed to consistently elevate the perceptions of chinese cuisine and hope to connect with more individuals and
communities to our food and culture.
The name Hong Shing derives from the Cantonese language meaning “Strong and
Healthy” & “City Fortress Gate”. The water flowing through the fortress symbolizes
wisdom and fluidity of life. All of these were the inspiration for our iconic logo.
