The Honours College is a leadership development initiative program of Uganda Christian university targeting academically distinguished students for specialized training in leadership for two years alongside their normal academic programs of study.
The training emphasizes 4 major tenets: Academics, Leadership, Mentorship and Service in order to produce a cadre of leaders that are practical, relevant and innovative. The Honours College was Conceived in May 2002, the Initiative is a response to the urgent need for Christian leadership in the country.
