Hop is an independent, Cape Town-based strategy analytics company. Our job is to make your job simpler by reducing the noise in your market. How? We take all the information and data we can get our hands on and distil it to bring you fact-based insights and creative solutions. We work on a project basis for strategy development work as well as on a contract basis for our outsourced intelligence functions (Business, Market and Competitor Intelligence). We also offer a number of services to executives and business owners, aimed at simplifying the “information clutter” which bombards these busy individuals on a daily basis. In the past, we’ve received requests from clients asking if we can train internal analytical resources. As a result, we have recently made our internal analyst training programme available to our clients. While our project fees are lower than typical consulting rates, we also aim to ensure that our outsourced services save our clients money by costing less than hiring a full-time equivalent analyst and/or by rationalising expensive data purchases from multiple providers.
