Hope Alive offers Christian Counseling & Support Groups to the community as well as Residential Housing for women. We are a Christ-based ministry with the mission of "Bringing hope and encouragement with Chirst-like love to emotionally hurting people."
Hope Alive began its mission in 1974 with a group of caring women concerned with the growing number of women in our community who experienced anxiety, depression, and feelings of low self-esteem. In 1975 Hope Alive was incorporated as a nonprofit organization, expanding to not only serve women, but men, children, and families as well. We continue to add and refine our programming as we evaluate the needs of clients. Programs and resource materials have been built to help work through loss, grief, anxiety, depression, marital and family issues.
