Our mission is to prevent self-harm and suicide – especially, within student groups.
How? HopeCheck.org helps counselors conduct mental health check-ins between visits. We send out texts, at least weekly, asking each person to score their hope from 0-10. Declining hope scores signal someone is at risk of self-harm.
