Established in 2016 by Dr. Owen Chun Hao Li, Hortech specializes in laser etching, drilling, cutting, and engraving at both micron and sub-micron levels. With rich experience in designing laser systems and machines for prestigious manufacturers and industrial-academic institutions, we have become a leader in the high-precision laser industry. Subsequently, Hortech has built a reputation renowned worldwide.
Hortech's exceptional performance dates back to 1989, when we developed a laser trimming system to process carbon film resistors for a leading circuit manufacturer producing memory modules. We further developed a circuit scribing system to process the glasses/films of touch panels with narrow borders and the 0.42 mm DITO glass laser patterning system for a leading GIS manufacturer in 2009 and 2015, which was mass-produced for a leading touch panel manufacturer. Additionally, Hortech developed a laser robotic arm for the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in 2015.
Hortech develops precision laser machines independently to provide OEM/ODM services for customers. We customize solutions based on clients' needs to produce micro and heterotypic holes on specific materials, form circuits, or micro-structurize or micro-texturize client materials. We also provide precision CNC machining services and produce critical industrial parts and key components. We embrace innovation, collaboration, and partnership, working closely with industrial partners all around the world!
