Founded in 1990 by Jeff Hose and Mark Rhodes, the team has now grown to over 80 staff. We are specialists in all our disciplines, from sales, lettings and property acquisition, to commercial and land developments.
Our experienced, diverse and dedicated team will work hard to look after all your needs, whether you are a first time buyer or a large corporate. From viewing your property for the first time to handing over keys upon completing a property sale, we provide a friendly service with excellent local knowledge throughout.
In addition we also operate The Auction Rooms in Brading, a comprehensive auction and valuation service, encompassing modern, vintage, fine art and antiques sales.
We also manage a portfolio of Isle of Wight self-catering accommodation properties for owners, securing over 1000 holiday bookings each year at Island Holiday Homes, based in Shankiln.
