Hoshizaki utvikler og produserer isbitmaskiner samt kjøle- og fryseløsninger for profesjonelle brukere.
De tidligere GRAM / Hoshizaki-GRAM kjøleskap, fryseskap samt kjølebenker og frysbenker for profesjonelle kjøkken har blitt videreutviklet og er nå en fullt integrert del av Hoshizaki-familien.
Vi har røtter i Japan og ble grunnlagt i 1947, hvor vi utviklet landets første helautomatiske isbitmaskin. Siden da har vi utvidet sortimentet med isbitmaskiner, dispensere, kjøleskap, frysere og sushi (neta) montre, som brukes i kommersielle kjøkken, restauranter, barer og matvarebransjen.
For å styrke vår tilstedeværelse i Europa ble Hoshizaki Europe etablert i Amsterdam i 1992. I 2008 ble Gram Commercial A/S en del av Hoshizaki-konsernet. GRAM-produktene ble videreutviklet i perioden 2022-2024 og gikk i 2025 over til å bli markedsført som Hoshizaki, på lik linje med isbitmaskinene. Hoshizaki ble børsnotert i Tokyo og Nagoya i 2008.
