Hospice Forum Danmark er en landsdækkende interesseorganisation for hospicesagen Organisationen er stiftet i Odense d. 15. september 2001 af aktive hospice-støtteforeninger i hele landet for at få et fælles talerør for hospicesagen i Danmark. Organisationen arbejder for udbredelse af hospicetanken og for at alle mennesker med livstruende sygdomme og deres pårørende skal have adgang til den rette omsorg og støtte, når de har behov for det, uanset hvor de befinder sig.
