ES: Estamos ubicados en la Península de Rilán, frente a Castro y a 20 minutos de esta, como concepto general es un "Hotel Territorial", se emplaza en un terreno de 20 hectáreas donde diseñamos las habitaciones y servicios bajo las normas de un "Turismo Sustentable", ocasionando así un impacto ambiental mínimo en el terreno y su entorno.
Tenemos una "Casa Lodge", antigua casa Chilota que se remodeló manteniendo su estructura original, la cual está rodeada de manzanos, los cuales ocupamos para fabricar nuestra propia chicha. Al costado, un fogón donde preparamos los "cocimientos" y compartimos entretenidos asados. En el "Centro" se encuentra el comedor, sala de estar, chimenea, cocina y terraza. Luego tenemos 6 habitaciones Estandard Suite Ala, que se conectan por un puente con el Centro al igual que las 3 Suite's Superior escondidas en una maravillosa ladera llena de vegetación nativa.
OCIO Territorial Hotel es un Hotel donde se puede conocer el Chiloé "Profundo"dicho popular en nuestra isla, mar, campo, ovejas y senderos para caminar en el bosque, otorgando un continuo contacto con la naturaleza y la gente del lugar.
EN: We are located in Rilán, against Castro, as a general concept we are a "Territorial Hotel" in an area of 20 acres where we designed the rooms and services under the rules of a "Sustainable Tourism" and try to do minimal impact on the ground and its environment.
We have our Lodge, an old Chilote house that was remodeled, keeping its original structure in its environment. It is surrounded by apple trees that we use to prepare our own apple cider. We also have a fireplace for typical homemade barbeques. In the "Center" we can find the dining room, living room, fireplace, kitchen and terrace. Then we have 6 Standard Suite rooms Ala that are connected by a bridge with the Centre. We have 3 Superior Suites hidden in a wonderful hillside full of native vegetation.
