One thing can be highlighted is our tool design and processing team, who have vast experience and original view in manufacturing mould & die for Plastics (complex and High-tech, multi-color, over-molded, gear and high gloss), for Liquid Silicone Rubber (baby care accessories and cosmetic parts),and for Metal (stamping and die casting). Furthermore, HotTop is constantly researching and adopting new technologies both in tool design and process, like JIT and Lean Manufacturing.
Since our foundation in 1995, the company has steadily grown and been successful in an increasingly complex and challenging business climate, and now becomes a one-stop full service provider of solutions: injection mold, die and stamping tool -> molding, die casting, stamping and sheet metal -> secondary operation -> shipment. HotTop has extended its production area up to total 15000 square meters and employed over 800 operators. We are equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing machines and inspection devices, and have acquired ISO9001:2008 quality management system certificate. HotTop supplies a wide range of products for markets including home appliance, work tools, automotive, transmission system and office automation, as well as baby care industry and else.
