What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One meet-&-greet with your dog in his/her environment prior to dog-sitting & house-sitting.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Feel free to overload me with info! I welcome a long document of rules & standards for caring for your pooch. I would rather have too much information than not enough.

What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts really. Up to three dogs. Certainly all sizes (small to HUGE!). Mostly in homes — but two in apartments/condos. Almost all of my jobs have been overnight stays at the dog's home. Days, weeks or even months — you can always ask! :-)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't trust just anyone with your fur-babies! Or with your home. Contact me for local references (or referrals if I'm unavailable).
