House was born in 2009 out of a passion for doing the right thing and not cutting corners. As a business, we are agile and innovative in our approach, offering solutions that businesses truly need.
We're not a CV service with buckets of KPIs to hit! We work with organisations brave enough to take a deep breath and do something different. House operates primarily as an in-house consultancy, partnering deeply with businesses to transform recruitment processes, develop talent attraction strategies, and deliver so much more.
We love nothing more than becoming an extended part of your HR or Senior Management team. We work closely with corporate marketing departments, advising on recruitment marketing campaigns and concepts, while planning and executing recruitment initiatives in record time (normally!).
The best part of what we do is providing employability coaching to candidates through what can be a hugely stressful experience. Moving jobs, changing careers, leaving their safety net and taking a leap of faith—we never underestimate how monumental these changes are. We maintain clarity and transparency throughout, and nothing beats knowing we've enabled someone's career progression, secured them flexible working for better work-life balance, or increased their salary to transform their circumstances... we've been known to shed a tear in the office too.
We're passionate about sharing our expertise through employability coaching across all career stages—supporting 16-23 year olds entering the workforce, graduates beginning their professional journeys, and professionals aged 50+ navigating returning to employment. Our coaching services extend to individuals via the DWP JETS and RESTART schemes and through specialised webinars and in person training.
