Houston Paralegal Association (HPA) is the premier paralegal association for greater Houston and Southeast Texas. Founded in 1999, HPA is dedicated to providing low-cost continuing legal education and networking opportunities for all legal professionals. HPA is the first Houston paralegal association to be affiliated with a NALA (National Association for Legal Assistants/Paralegals).
