Hove Therapy Centre opened in April 2009 and we pride ourselves on being a collective of specialised practitioners each focusing on a specific range of holistic and complementary therapies.
An example of the therapies we currently specialise in are massage, hypnotherapy, herbal medicine, counselling and homeopathy treating a wide range of common ailmets such as stress, depression, muscular fatigue and phobias.
The centre offers individuals the chance to explore their health and goals in a supportive environment whilst offering the opportunity to take part in our many talks, workshops and open days held throughout the year.
We work hard to build relationships within the local community and to raise the awareness of our practice and at the same time offering you all the chance to feel relaxed, focused and full of health after visiting us.
