Founded in 1956, Howrey LLP existed as a global law firm, focused on antitrust, intellectual property and global litigation, with offices throughout the United States and Europe for more than 55 years. The firm's affiliate, The CapAnalysis Group, LLC (economic, financial and litigation consultants) participated with Howrey attorneys as a strategic business resource. The firm was honored frequently for its excellence in the practice of law, for its dedication to the tenets of pro bono and public service and for its leadership in the area of diversity. The firm dissolved March 15, 2011 pursuant to a vote of the partnership.
