Do you employ women who require a pair of uniform trousers? We can supply trousers in several uniform colours, with or without your own branding. In particular, I am looking for those who are responsible for buying uniforms for: • Warehouse staff • Factory staff • Retail staff (especially Supermarkets, DIY and Garden centres) • Cleaning and Maintenance Companies • Health and Beauty I design and sell trousers to fit women comfortably all day, so they can get on with their physically active jobs. I am an award-winning start up based in Sheffield aiming to revolutionise women’s workwear needs. Because I have been a decorator since 2007 and felt unprofessional, uncomfortable and frustrated at what was on the market. I decided to step up to the mark on behalf of all women working in physically active environments and deliver the first pair of comfortable work pants in a hard-wearing stretch fabric. For all the success we have had at proving our equality in the workplace, there is little reflection in the contribution of available workwear. We lack a choice of sizes that fit around the hips and waist, and a lack of leg lengths options. If women feel like they have the right to be comfortable, their self-esteem will rise, and they will feel more professional, especially when in a predominantly male environment. Businesses wishing to attract more women into the workplace can prove they are serious by addressing this issue. They will be rewarded with increased productivity and employee satisfaction. Our research shows that businesses are employing more and more women in logistics, with most women working in the health sector, but also factory floor, retail and in the food and beverage sector.
