HR Consulting @ Cornell prepares ILR students for productive careers in management consulting with a focus on HR & allied areas within the ‘World of Work’
HRCC achieves its mission through the following defined goals:
• Conduct ‘Speaker Series' to familiarize students with Human Resources (HR) & Dispute Resolution (DR) consulting frameworks, and awareness about consulting careers
• Provide pro-bono consulting projects to apply the frameworks on real-world issues within the supportive environment of the ILR School
• Provide an online Knowledge Centre as a repository for case prep resources
• Provide HR & DR case preparation support
