HR Power Mentor is an innovative platform that supports transformational learning for HR Business Partners. It is the first tool in Poland designed to fit the development needs of HRBPs. Its goal is to provide up-to-date, practical and pragmatic knowledge necessary to develop their potential and career. Recognized HR experts and practitioners share their experiences and offer practical tools to solve the daily business problems of this professional group. Each course also includes 12 months of support from a Mentor, with whom trainees meet online once a month.
The HR Power Mentor platform applies the latest knowledge of effective adult learning, enables self-directed planning of learning and selection of the most optimal forms. Participants are provided with engaging training materials that allow them to absorb information faster and more effectively and apply the acquired knowledge in professional practice. Each course ends with a certificate.
The courses base is constantly developed and updated, and among the experts conducting substantive programs are Piotr Lipa (lawyer, HR director), Piotr Cwalina (WNCL partner, HR strategic advisor), Mateusz Banaszkiewicz (health psychologist), Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz (Retail & E-Commerce Managing Director) and the creator of the platform Iwona Wencel.
