Human Resources, as an industry, is evolving each day in terms of the trends and technologies in practice. HR has seen a coming of age in its role being transformed from personnel management to strategic business partnering. This dynamism comes with its own set of challenges and solution pioneering. With the Fourth Industrial Revolution setting foot, ways of doing business are changing and upgrading dramatically. This is also the case with HR that is rested with the responsibility of creating agile workforces and systems that can adapt to the fast changing business milieu. SIBM Pune is proud to announce the fourth edition of the HR Conclave. HR Conclave 2020 is a platform for the conglomeration of thoughts and exchange of experience and knowledge about the changing face of the Human Resources industry by some of the industry stalwarts. Our institute has been engaging illustrious corporate leaders on campus over the years to encourage a stimulating academic environment for the students, which is in synergy with the industrial adoptions. SIBM Pune envisions HR Conclave as an enabler for corporate leaders from diverse backgrounds to come together at a common platform to interact and communicate their thoughts in the matter of recent developments in the field of HR, incubating innovative ideas and hence furthering the future of HR and Business Leadership in India.
