HSG, founded by Haluk Okutur the founder of Simit Sarayı in 2012, the name of Turkey's first domestic production HSG has received from the tractor brand. At the same time the corporate logo is a tractor.
We started our business with a social responsibility project and we are on our way to introduce ourselves to the world with our brands "AppleChef, The Tasty Fruit CO, HSG Agriculture" together with our farmers which are world's 3rd largest apple producers
Having a total area of 5000 square meters and producing with high technology, HSG Tarım has partnership with many domestic and foreign brands.
Our Drying Technology;.
We have high-tech drying ovens of European origin.
It is 13 layer closed loop conveyor belt drying system.
Hot air is given to the drying ovens with filtered fresh air system called Air Dry. Moisture of fruits and vegetables moving in conveyor belts is reduced to the desired level with controlled system.
There are many drying systems available, but in the system we use, air is dispersed to reach every point of the oven. Thus, the increase of microbial load is prevented.
The closed oven system prevents microbial burden and particles from being contaminated. Thanks to this system, the chambers inside the fruits and vegetables are controlled closed. Food and aroma values arise when these products are used by the consumer.
