Founded in September 1990 by François Humblot, the consultancy and recruitment firm of Humblot et Associés became Humblot Grant Alexander in 1992 following its takeover of Grant Alexander Ltd. In 2008, after several years of continued growth around its two services – direct approach recruitment of senior executives and Human Resources consultancy – and with a staff of 65 consultants, Humblot Grant Alexander joined BPI Group and became Grant Alexander. In September 2014, Henri Vidalinc became Chairman and majority shareholder of Grant Alexander which now deploys its expertise around the following 4 business lines: Executive Search, Executive Interim, Leadership Development, HR Consulting. Grant Alexander continues to be backed by BPI Group which holds 10% of the share capital and provides it with an international presence through a network of over 40 locations abroad.
