HuntIT - it is a project which aims to grow talented people. We would like to reinvent the way IT courses are delivered as well how people are preparing for an interview in IT field.
Through technical trainings, soft skills coaching and mentoring people who are interacting with us, we would like to make them be autonomous, trust their skills as well change the mindset that " only guru in math can work in this area".
Through this project we aim as well to increase the number of good candidates for positions that companies are looking for. Nowadays we are living in a period when market request is much bigger than the offer. Why not to collaborate with community and companies to create a great environment for digitalisation.
