Hunter Bay is Montana’s premium gourmet coffee roaster. Founded in 1991 in Missoula, Hunter Bay grew out of our love for great coffee. Trained in traditional European roasting techniques by the world’s finest Master Roasters and over our nearly two decades in the coffee trade, we have perfected our traditional blend recipes and our slow-roast craftsmanship and have received honors at national cuppings.

Hunter Bay started in 1991 out of our love for great coffee. That year we started roasting coffee fresh daily at a little coffee bar on Front Street in Missoula. In 1998 we closed our original location to focus on wholesale boutique coffee roasting. Now, with a nod to our roots, we are back downtown on Front Street with our flagship coffee bar in the First Interstate Center. Every roast of coffee embodies our dedication to excellence - expect the same quality in our gourmet sandwiches, soups, pastries and sweets!

Hunter Bay’s flagship coffee bar in the First Interstate Center has a full line of espresso drinks, coffee, tea, smoothies and pastries plus a lunch-time sandwich bar including soups, salads and sweets!
