Husk Farm Distillery is the home of Husk Rum and Ink Gin. Launched in 2012 with a dream to create sipping quality Australian rum, Husk is Australia's first and only cultivated rum distillery, pioneering a new style of Australian rum from farm to bottle, using sugar cane grown 100% on our farm.
Our volcanic soil, sub-tropical climate and local cane varieties combine each harvest to create something unique, and the terroir of the Tweed is reflected in every dram of Husk Rum.
The seasonal nature of Husk Rum means we innovate other spirits during the growing season - enter Ink Gin.
Husk Distillers are first generation, new world distillers. We strive to create rare and unusual spirits that reflect our beautiful environment, practising sustainable distilling and using raw, natural and native ingredients.
Ink Gin was created after a voyage of botanical discovery, and was a world first that turned the most traditional spirit upside down.
