HV Yachting provides VAT, tax and Customs planning for superyachts operating in the EU.
HV Yachting works with a number of actors involved in yachting operations, from the Yacht Owning Company to the Captain and Charter Manager, to ensure that yacht operations, whether private or commercial, are efficient and in compliance with current regulatory and fiscal requirements.
While a number of companies offer a limited range of standard services to yachts, there is no general oversight of operations from a Customs or VAT standpoint. We bridge that gap and offer long-term guidance tailored to the yacht’s program in addition to services ranging from fiscal representation to importation and VAT relief schemes. The aim is to reduce the fiscal, customs and VAT exposure of yachts, streamline services and offer cost-effective solutions.
