HybridMMC have experience across the MMC industry, mostly with Structural Insulated Panels(SIP), Timber Frame(TF), Light Gauge Steel(LGS) and Insulated Concrete Form(ICF). We have relationships with clients who once were our suppliers and can assist the end user in saving time and energy by going straight to the best specialists for their project. Every site is different and every client has their own personal ideas. We can guide you at an early stage towards the correct solution for your site. The existing variables such as trees, soil type, distance from boundary etc will all be taken into account prior to selecting a system. We are also able to line-up all the preconstruction professionals and offsite specialists; knowing where all the variables are and what order the follow-on trades need to be helps speed things along. We also have a long standing partnership with #LABC Building Control and can act as an agent dealing with drawings, submissions, inspections etc. Local authority experience also extends to applying for planning permission for a broad range projects in various "Hybrid" forms for example Classrooms and other Educational Buildings, Annexes, Garden Studios, Extensions, Residential New Builds
