β’ PREVENTIVE & PREDICTIVE TESTING AND MAINTENANCE: - system slip and pressure tests, to include fluid sampling and a full report
β’ OILGEAR/REXROTH PUMP REPAIRS, SPARES & UPGRADES: - pump repairs or supply of service exchange units. Upgrades of old pumps and controls with modern equivalents
β’ OILGEAR LG/KG VALVE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM: - upgrade of old Oilgear spool and relief valves with modern cartridge insert valves
β’ EXTRUSION PRESS HYDRAULIC & PLC CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADES (With Partners): - press hydraulic and PLC control system upgrades for reduced dead cycle and improved hydraulic and mechanical reliability
β’ SYSTEM & OFFLINE FILTRATION: - Design, manufacture and installation of offline extrusion press filtration systems for improved oil life and cleanliness
β’ HYDRAULIC PIPE REPAIRS & REPLACEMENT: - Repair/replace complete or sections of failed hydraulic pipe & fittings, plus observation of the hydraulic, mechanical and press cycles to identify and access future risk
β’ SUPPORT FOR ENGINEERS AND MAINTENANCE DEPTS: - product technical support, particularly useful for extruders with older presses and equipment
