Hydro Culture a été fondée en 1982. En 1991, Vincent Macri acquière celle-ci et devient Hydro Culture Macri inc.
En 2005, deux des filles de Vincent, Lysa et Nancy Macri, qui ont toutes deux travaillé depuis plusieurs années au sein de la compagnie, ont repris le flambeau.
En 2013, elles ont l’opportunité de certifier l’entreprise HACCP/SQF pour pouvoir garantir une qualité supérieure à tous. Pour favoriser cette nouvelle philosophie et cette technique, elles ont décidé de se faire construire.
En 2014, elles déménageaient leur usine d’Anjou à la nouvelle usine de Beloeil. La grande fierté de celles-ci a été de voir la majorité de son personnel les suivre d’Anjou à Beloeil. Et depuis, l’entreprise, qui ne cesse de grandir, a maintenant du personnel excellent de la région.
Lysa et Nancy ont perfectionné l’art de la germination!
En 2018, Lysa Macri devient l’unique propriétaire d’Hydro Culture.
Cette entreprise en pleine expansion est maintenant dans toutes les épiceries : à 100 % dans presque toutes les bannières.
