Helping SDRS/BDRS, Account Executives, and Account Managers land sales jobs without applying to 100s of applications
I use my experience as a previous sales and hiring manager to help Account Executives land lucrative roles at tech companies and then help them expand their skills to move up the corporate ladder.
In late 2022, I had several past colleagues who recently found themselves laid off. They expressed frustrations of applying to a ton of applications with no responses, 1-2 interviews with no call backs, and mock sales presentations they thought they aced just to be told the company went with a different candidate. In 2023, I had more past employees reach out seeking advice and help. They had never experienced a job market this competitive. It wasn’t just enough to rely on them being a top closer anymore.
As a previous sales and hiring manager, I started sharing what I looked for in candidates, helped them optimize their resumes and LinkedIn. I put them in touch with recruiters or other folks in my network. I started coaching them on how to articulate their experience, worked with them on their presentations, taught them how to sell themselves. – and what do you know? They started getting hired.
At the peak of my career, I was managing one of the highest producing teams at the fastest growing start up in the country. I spent 3 years interviewing, hiring, and promoting AE’s every 90 days. I sat on hundreds of interviews, watched countless mock discovery calls, and spent hours hearing boring pitches from people who clearly did not prepare for their interviews. At the same time, I helped my reps on how to hit their quotas, what they needed to do to up level their experience to get internal promotions. I helped a few get into management roles themselves.
