I'm Taking Charge

We are a team of writers, physicians, and survivors who believe the women that are faced with a breast cancer diagnosis should be empowered with the information to make long-term decisions for both their health and their comfort. The purpose of I’m Taking Charge is to educate women on their rights to breast reconstruction and the options available through the sharing of industry statistics, physician contributions, and real life stories from women who have faced breast cancer head on. Our goal is to provide every woman the information and education she needs to make an empowered choice regarding breast reconstruction. Our blog focuses on a large variety of topics to better inform those affected by breast cancer.
