I am Arla

I am Arla is a women's mental health platform dedicated to providing targeted psychotherapy, coaching, and mentoring across all stages of life. We partner with organisations of all sizes to provide access to a full suite of curated experts and mental health solutions. Having initially launched focusing on the intersection of mental health and sexual, physical, and emotional trauma, we soon realised the growing need for a solution supporting women through pivotal phases, and so we coming soon, launching adolescence, pregnancy, infertility, miscarriage, loss, perimenopause, and aging. Founded in 2021 by Devika Wood, a domestic abuse survivor, she experienced a huge problem that affects 1 in 3 women post trauma, in accessing mental health services and resources to rebuild her life after trauma. Devika went on to become Forbes 30u30 and an ambassador for the United Nations Women org. and joined forces with Co-founder Lydia McCartney, a leading globally recognised Somatic Psychotherapist and Ellen Gowers, Director of Education, to grow the platform and help women around the world, rebuild and rediscover their lives after trauma.
