I am Special Consulting LLC implements the "Quality of Life Initiative" (QLI) tool to offer people with multi-abilities and their loved ones, mentors, and employers a set of skills called Person-Centered Planning (PCP). PCP has many applications. It offers the means to help people living with traumatic brain injury (TBI), assist those needing memory care, develop end-of-life directives for people in hospice care, and help those with diverse abilities live independently.
We work with agencies and organizations as well as individuals, and support organizations of any size in learning, practicing, and teaching PCP skills. We also leverage PCP as the foundation for highly successful job matching, job placement, and employment support. In that capacity, we help job candidates find and maintain stable employment and demonstrate for employers successful pathways for equity and inclusion, helping them integrate these communities into the workforce.
