With over 25 years of accounting, administration and secretarial experience working for a variety of executives from Professors to Managing Directors; working in various industries from debt collection to Education. These varied roles have helped me gain a vast knowledge which I hope to put to work for your company.
So why have I taken on the virtual approach?
Part of this was necessitated because my husband’s career took us around the UK, I don’t regret that as it gave me great breadth of experience.
The travelling around led me to thoughts of becoming a virtual EA. I thought about my previous roles and most of the people I worked for spent large amounts of time out of the office so we already conducted business virtually. Everything in the modern world is “e-this” or “i-that” and so i-PA was born.
One of my first and longest standing clients are Edinburgh Anaesthetics Research and Education Fund, where I am their Charity Administrator. Working with them proved the concept behind my move into the virtual world.
