Potential is a non-profit association of top operational managers from different companies and nationalities who gather in order to co-develop their managerial skills.
Members feel supported and understood by peers from other industries and, as a result, open up, thus developing themselves. They meet in groups of 15 around a subject they chose, with a specific expert for it, and their animator. Presenting their daily challanges in the group allows them to consider the issue more objectively and puts them in a good position to find solutions they can implement.
Once back to their role, they become more efficient as managers.
