Ian is a Senior Transportation Engineer with over 12 years of consulting experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering and design. His experience spreads across a range of consulting services including active transportation plans, transportation master plans, highway corridor studies, traffic operation and road safety reviews, traffic capacity modeling, parking strategies, business case development, grant funding preparation, and community engagement and facilitation.
