Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation was launched on April 7th, 2022 at the 1st year memorial event marking the passing of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma, a renowned social justice crusader, justice sector consultant, political analyst, philanthropist and feminist. Innocent the immediate past West African Director of Ford Foundation, and Founder of CLEEN Foundation, Network on Police Reforms in Nigeria, NOPRIN and several other organisations, died on April 3rd 2021. ICCEF is set up to promote some of the ideals Innocent stood for and preserve his legacy.
