Small Scale Ice Cream Manufacturers Association-SSIMA and FIAB Services have joined hands to organise a grand show for ice cream industry focussing fastest growing region for ice creams in India, Delhi-NCR.
Ice Cream industry of India along with other milk products is fastest growing sectors of Indian food processing industry. Delhi NCR in particular and North India in general are the fastest growing regions for the ice cream industry. Demand for raw materials and ice cream processing machinery has doubled in the last 4-5 year in north India. From Noida to Varanasi, from Karnal to Jammu Via Ludhiana, from Jaipur to Agra ice cream manufacturing is regular feature now unlike previous decade when it used to be a seasonal business.
Parlours in New Delhi broke all sales records last winter during the New Year period. Similarly manufacturers also witnessed huge volume sale in every marriage season apart from scorching summers, best season for ice creams. North India is an ideal place for the growth of ice cream sector in the country. The event will take place in NOIDA for 2 days, 15-16 Nov 2019. It is expected that 4000 plus manufacturers and members of SSIMA will attend 2 days exhibition and conclave.
