We are a school that consistently ranks among the top ten Anatolian high schools in Turkey for university success. With exceptional facilities, we provide our students with ample opportunities to participate in a wide range of social and athletic activities. Our mission is to prepare students for Turkey’s top universities, shaping future leaders who are confident, creative, responsible, and socially aware. We aim to nurture individuals who are committed to Atatürk’s principles, possess strong communication skills, respect both local and global values, and have the courage to stand up for what is right, with science as their guide. Our school began its educational journey in 1980, operating in the building of the Basic Education School in the village of Arpaçsakarlar. In 1986, our current school building was completed with support from the Ministry of National Education and generous contributions from Mersin’s local community. The campus spans 20,000 square meters within the boundaries of Mezitli Municipality. Our facilities include a sports hall, basketball, volleyball, and grass football fields, as well as a cafeteria and dining hall, all designed to meet the needs of our students. We are equipped with modern laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology, and computer science, and we also have a 150-seat conference hall for various student activities. Our library was recently modernized, now featuring 5,000 books, computers with internet access, scanners, and printers, spread across 230 square meters. Our music classroom, art studio, and technology lab further support a vibrant environment for social, educational, and scientific pursuits. We graduated our first class of 47 students in the 1986-1987 academic year. Most of our alumni have gone on to graduate from Turkey’s leading universities and are now active in government, the private sector, politics, commerce, and important service sectors around the world.
