Stephanie Shay has been baking and decorating cakes for the past 24 years. She originally started baking in Wichita, Kansas and taught cake decorating classes for Wilton Industries for five years. Stephanie has been aired on PBS for baking and decorating lessons. She recently relocated to Upper Macungie, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. Stephanie is pleased to be in this area and provide services to create lasting and delicious memories in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
