Insan Cendekia Magnet School (ICMS) is a modern Islamic boarding-based secondary school established by Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie, the third president of the Republic of Indonesia. The school places great emphasis on character education, which involves striking a balance between iman, taqwa, science, and cutting-edge technology such as AI in order to cultivate superior and qualified scholars.
Our approach involves integrating the national curriculum with the Insan Cendekia curriculum to prepare a generation of muslims with a strong foundation of faith (saliimulaqidah), sincere worship (sahiihulibadah), noble character (matiinulkhuluuq), broad-mindedness (mutsaqafulfikr), and physical strength (qawiyyuljism). We firmly believe that students with a strong aptitude for science will demonstrate greater moral responsibility when supported by strong spiritual and social intelligence. Our ultimate goal is to produce a generation of khaira ummah.
