Pulp and Paper Industry Committee (PPIC) is a part of the Process Industries Department (PID) within the Industry Applications Society (IAS) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The objective of the Pulp and Paper Technical Committee is, “To advance the theory and practice in the electrical field as related to the design and management of electrical systems within the pulp, paper, and wood products industry.”
