Created in 1962, IFBM is one of the leading R&D and training center for the barley to beer chain and also for food industries in Europe and overseas.
IFBM provides you with its expertise in R&D, molecular biology, brewing barley and milling wheat qualification, phytosanitary products qualification, ring test for analyses, technical studies, consultancy and training.
Thanks to its experience and know-how, IFBM works everyday with companies, organisations and individuals putting its unique pilot plant at their disposal. It consists in a micromalting plant, a semi industrial malting plant, three different brewery from 30 litres to 20 hectolitres, a bottling line and a keg line.
