L’Institut des Auditeurs Internes-Maroc « IIA-MAROC » "AMACI’’ est une association à but non lucratif, formée entre les personnes physiques qui adhérent à ses Statuts. Elle est régie par le Dahir n°1-58-376 du 3 joumada I 1378 (15 novembre 1958), modifié par le Dahir portant loi n°1-73-283 du 10 Avril 1973 réglementant le droit d’association.
L’IIA-MAROC compte plus de 600 adhérents marocains appartenant aux secteurs public et privé et exerçant des fonctions en relation avec l’audit interne, la gouvernance, le risk management et le contrôle.
l’IIA-MAROC (AMACI) est membre de l’Institut International des Auditeurs Internes #IIAGlobal depuis 1991.
