IICB has a passion for improving financial management by training and advising organisations around the world. Our team consists of chartered accountants with over a decade of experience as auditors and financial managers of EU funded Actions within the development and cooperation sector. In order to ensure sound financial management of funds allocated by donors, guarantee eligibility and compliance with the contractual conditions, IICB designed the tools an organization needs to manage the action. Throughout pre-award, implementation and close-out phases, IICB helps organizations to use the funds in accordance with sound financial management, that is to say based on the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness. IICB also acts as backstopper to make the missing knowledge and experience available for beneficiaries of EU funded projects and programmes.
